Single Use Personal / Small-Run Licenses:

Laura’s music is available, under the following stipulations, for your web site. You may also license Laura’s music for your not for profit film/video or slide show if you will be making only  or 100 copies or less. By paying a license fee of $10.00 per song you can use Laura’s music on these types of personal projects royalty free under the following terms and guidelines:

• Web Sites: You may use the licensed song on one web site if it is embedded in a flash player to prevent download from visitors. You must provide an obvious song credit with a link back to Laura’s web site on each page of the site where the music is played, such as:

“Song Title”

• Personal Film / Slide Show Use: Small run projects for which less than 100 copies will be manufactured and will not be sold may use the licensed songs. A prominent credit must appear including the song title and Laura Sullivan, composer.

To license Laura’s music for Single Use Personal / Small-Run License:

1. Purchase the CD with the music you would like to license.

This license DOES NOT cover:
Production of products in excess of 100 copies.
More than 1 project.
Transference to another party.
Duplication on CDs of any kind.
For profit projects.
Commercial film or television.
Use of music in any project or site containing pornography or adult themes.
Sharing, reselling or redistribution of any kind.
Downloads for sale or free or of any kind.
Ownership of song in any way including rights to copyright and publishing.

License does not allow song to become main focus of site or film and should be used only as “soundtrack” for existing project.
