New Album Coming Soon - August, 2008

My new album Close to Home is in its final stage of completion. Mixing specialist, Bruce Mishkit, is adding the finishing touches. This is the first album I've completed while also involved with my new career of "mommyhood". Its been a bit of a challenge at times balancing time management, but I've also found parenting an amazing source of inspiration. The new CD is scheduled for release in November 2008. It will feature soft music on contemporary piano with other acoustic instrumentation and vocals of some of my favorite songs since childhood. I'm dedicating this album to the memory of my Grandmother Ruth as many of the songs on it remind me of her. I'm honored that original artwork created by Lee Jacobson will be included on the CD jacket.

New Sheet Music - July, 2008

New selections of my sheet music are now available at Lulu.com, including music score from my forthcoming album, Close to Home. Many thanks to all of you who continue to request piano music!

Two compositions from Pianoscapes for the Trails of North America were used in the films: "Sunrise on Cloud Palace" was used in "Walk into the Wild" and "Jumping Fish" was used in "The Greatest Silent Sport" documentaries. More information will follow soon about how to purchase the films.
