Coastal Bend Autism Advocacy supports the needs of children, families and educators by raising awareness of autism and fundraising to bring additional services and materials needed to help aid the autistic child in reaching his/her potential. The First Year is a photographic, chronological record of CBAA's first year of existence. I'm very honored that my music was chosen for the soundtrack of this special project. Feast of Joy & Love, is now available.

Johanna Pieterman is working on another beautiful album cover for my forthcoming release! She created the original artwork for Mystical America and is now drawing the album cover for Feast of Joy and Love to be released in March 2007. Many thanks to Johanna for sharing her wonderful talent once again!

The music for my new album, Feast of Joy & Love, is in the final mixing stage! The new CD will be available early 2007. Piano, violin and saxophone for Feast of Joy & Love was recorded at Diamond Audio Productions in San Francisco, by David Austin. San Francisco artists Anthony Blea (violin) and Noel Jewkes (saxophone) lend their talents to the recording.

Instrumentally the album consists of piano with ethereal vocals and other acoustic instruments. The songs are organized in the album as appetizers, first & second courses and dessert.

The music style is relaxing and soothing New Age/Classical. The songs consist of my own compositions along with 5 classical arrangements: a medley of Bach called "Bouquet of Bach", "Ala M'Ode to Joy", based on Beethoven's "Ode to Joy", "Waltzing with Beethoven" adapted from the Sonata Pathetique, "Albinoni's Secret Smile" which is an arrangement of the traditional Albinoni's Adagio with a surprise joyful key change, and a new arrangement of Greensleeves. The music is inspired by the ways my life has been blessed with abundance, love and joy.

Tune in to Troy University Public Radio the second week of October when I will be honored to be the featured artist during their annual pledge drive. I will be interviewed on the air and my music will be played throughout the programming. Please pledge in support of Public Radio and receive my latest CD Mystical America as a gift.

I'm delighted that my music is included in a multimedia presentation on North America's biggest conservation effort: Yellowstone to Yukon. Join award winning photographer Florian Schulz on a journey through this magical land along the spine of the continent. It stretches from Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks in the south all the way up into the far north along the majestic Northern Rocky Mountains. Here the mighty grizzly still roams the land and the howl of the wolves echoes through the valleys. Come eye to eye with the mountain grizzly as seen through the lens of the photographer. Florian will tell fascinating stories behind the images as well as unwrap the Yellowstone to Yukon Vision.
